The reports dont state exactly were, just it was up top and they were 'off piste'

Apparently it was somewhere off piste from the top called the 'Valley of Death' (no pun intended), Im sure anyone familiar with it would know where it is.

My friend on the ground in Bansko says all the TV crews there for the world cup have been pressed into action early to report on it. Because it was off piste none of the regular runs have had to be shut and its pretty much business as usual.

Very sad news indeed - and only goes to highlight that this sport we love so much must be treated with respect.

Off piste may give you a huge buzz, but check out the risk levels BEFORE you ever venture away from the pisted runs, and if you want my thoughts on it - just don't do it.
