Im just back from boro, did exactly that package u have booked.
My instructor, Mike was possibly the nicest guy i have ever met!!! A great instructor, who spoke amazing english and was very patient. All of the other board instructors seemed really good too. By the middle of the week we were taking on red/blacks!!!

The drag lifts are fine, although, u wont really use them that much, i didnt fall off them once

If you want further lessons the instrucor charges 20leva per lesson for ech member of the group ( a bargain)!!!!

The ski depot, where u collect your board, does get a little busy in a morning but nothing to write home about, the board counter is always quiet too, another reason to board!!!

ive just got back! it was my first time snowboarding (i wrote the really long one on the comments page!) it was fantastic, i fell off the first time i went on a drag i thought id be cocky and go on without my instructor! but thankfully a hunky german guy taught me how to do it and i was fine after that! the instructors all seem really lovely and funny, my instructor pepe was an absolute star and i was sad to leave him and my group! getting your stuff on the first day is fine but remember to queue on the left hand side i was queing for skis for half an hour which was quite amusing just take it all in your stride!
