Ovcha Kupel is not as well organised as the central bus station as it is an old style station. You will need to look harder to find the correct bus. As is highlighted on the Bansko.org website
"Attention: Some of the buses are only passing through Bansko. The most of them have Gotse Delchev, Ognyanovo, Yakoruda, Bania or Eleshnitsa as final destination".
You generaly purchase your ticket from the driver on the bus.

We stayed one night in Easy (Jet) Hotel really small rooms but anything else was okay. Not so far from Bus and train station by taxi maybe 6 lev. On the other side of the main road there is a supermarket Evropa called, where you can get in to buy anything you need even some water or drinking ...

You can check it out your self try with google ovcha , I think ,it is near to central bus station witch is maybe 6 km driving and 3,5 km airline away. If you use google they show you where anything is.

P.S. Better to go from Central bus Station your over Mostel, if it is on Lions bridge it is even closer to Central station
