I did not know Sparky personally but I was knocked sideways by the sad news & send my sincerest condolences to his family & friends.
I suffered a stroke in 2008 but made a good recovery. Since then I have had a special place in my heart for The Stroke Association Charity.
Not knowing Sparky personally it seemed inappropriate to send flowers but if you have a chosen charity in memory of him I would be happy to make a donation.
He was a very well liked guy on this site & ...

Chris - I can't really find the right words, but you know how much of a friend Pete was to me and Angie.I know the funeral is on Thursday next week and I so very much wanted to be there, but I am committed to a work appointment that I just cannot get out of.
Please pass on mine and Angies deepest sympathy to Jenny and the family.
We will miss the man immensely.

Very sad to hear this news. Did not know sparky, but a well-loved member of the Bulgaria ski fraternity has sadly passed on. God bless him and his family. Judge
