Hi Hayley
Best snowboard instructors on the mountain are Gary, Moey and the Snowshack team at ski centre 2!!! You should be able to find a contact mail on Bulgariaski site somewhere :-)
They also do boots and board hire on a day rate or as a full package with lessons. Gary will also be able to get you a pass for as long as you want but i would recommend watching the snow conditions for now to be honest :-)
You can buy day passess and 1/2 day passes as you need them but the guys will ...

We will be in the office (snowshack and White Dog) most days from the 23rd Dec putting boots on before heading up the mountain or drinking beer!!!!
In terms of New Years Eve - There are plenty of us out there over the festivities and you'll get to know where the good places are as you go along

PS - I'd go for the car Hayley too!The roads are fairly good from Plovdiv to Pamps most of the time and they are kept clear of snow. It looks like it will be very cold and icy though so although they are cleared when the weather comes in - if you are not confident drivers in winter conditions stay safe and use the transfer.
Car does give you a little more freedom but check on parking costs at your hotel

oh yes, the snowshack lads are great! I just wasn't sure if they were still there as I hadn't heard anything about them so far this season.

Hey everyone, thanks for the responses, fingers crossed I can still even go on holiday, just found out I have 8 kidney stones, hence my slow reply on here; terrible times!
Does anyone have any more contact details for the ski instructors, I will drop them all a mail and see who is free. Or do they all work together?
