I have the answer. I ahve been able to secure a limited number of a brand new device called the Ski Angel. This works the same as the in car speed detectors that are currently on the market here. They detect the waveband being emmited from the camara and sound a audible alert that lets you take avoiding action.
I am willing to let these go at a special rate of £300 to Bulgaria ski users. if you are interested please let me know.

No, I fully support it in the name of safety, especially for learners, who I hope will be getting plates soon.
In some places I think traffic calming measures would be useful too, such as speed bumps.
