I also heard that they are going to introduce fines for people wearing garish all-in-one ski suits, and that _any_ fines will be tripled if you have a mullet.

Lol what aload of balls i dont think bulgaria could afford the spec of cameras needed to capture speeding skiers! and you can run faster than 10km an hour!

Im going to pamp for first time on 1 feb. Don't like idea of speed cameras (have enough at home). Maybe French need to adapt similar idea and implement congestion charging! that'll please red Ken (livingstone).
