Taking two kids out of school, one in year 12 and one in year 9, also leaving the 5 year old at home with my mum. As for training days - my daughter spent the last day of school before christmas watching Shrek in german!!!!

Yes taking my 2 children out for a week 17th Jan for the 3rd visit to borovetes, just waiting for my snootie letter from the headmistress. Another family is also coming with us and taking a child out. This will be however the last time we could really take my daughter out of school as she will now be coming up to some important last few years in school.

we're going on the 17th for 1 week staying at the rila taking 4 kids out of school, 2 nursery , p4 and p5, as husbands holidays dont allow us to wait until half term, also being in scotland our children only get 2 days, as for snooty headmistresses our kids headmaster couldn't be better as he believes this is not a weeks education missed but another step towards life experience and an education in its self.

Please can I lend your kids headmaster when I am applying for time off school this year. We have a battle every time, now they are talking about £100 fines!!!!!!!!
