Apologies, I'm struggling to fully understand the location, want to get it right so I can take all my mates stright there this coming weekend!
Is it right at the top of the resort? (near Markudjik 3?)
Or nearer the top of the Yasrebetz cable car lift?

I'm only going off the borovets resort map here as I'll be on my first time visit this weekend!

Out of the Gondola turn right (towards Markudjik ski area generally) go over the crest & down the slope (75 - 100m) and look to your right, first building is the White House absolutely unmissable. 3 mins max from Gondola,
