I can walk out my door and set my skis on the snow in four minutes.
I can walk to the resort centre in 12 minutes.
I can look out my window and see nothing but forests to the horizon.
I can walk downstairs and swim in the pool, push weights in the gym or relax in the sauna and have my aching limbs massaged by a nice woman in a tracksuit.
I can afford to have the apartment empty all year.
