i've realised that the leggings i wear for running in the winter work are designed to work in exactly the same way - they keep you warm whilst wicking away the sweat. if you do any running, these are cool.

Go to primark, I got a thermal t-shirt and long johns for £8 and they did the job last week when I was in Pamporovo
