Depends on how accurate their map is, but there are A LOT of apartments closer to the gondola than yours. Frankly I think it'll depend on how much interest you can generate yourself but if its being run as an apartment hotel then probably not great.
Why should it not get much rental income if its being run as an apartment hotel? I thought that the income would be great as the facilities are excellent (5* better spa facilities than kempinski) and it is very close to the gondola - it is next door to Royal Bansko Towers.
because half or even more in some cases 80-90% of the flats are empty and the building looks and sounds like dead with echoing in the coridors when you walk.sad and lonely place for anybody to have a yearly ski holiday and go back to deserted building if not scary.
hotels at least you will have groups and buzz around feeling alive
