Hi All,
I\'m traveling out to Bansko this weekend to meet up with Agents from Bulgarian Dreams, solicitors and surveyors to view the 5Star Orchid and to discusses matters further construction in the area.
I will gather as much information for people who have invested into the area to make this one of the best skiing resorts in Europe.
Photos will be posted on YOU TUBE when I return and information concerning roads sewage drainage,water,electric.

One of the best skiing areas in Europe????!!! Now I love Bansko but even I would not say that.

All the construction is complete and the roads surrounding areas have lovely hanging baskets, two new gondolas are now up and running and the finishing touches are being put in place in the new airport which will leave you just 30 minutes from the resort, there is talk of a new mountain to increase the number of ski runs being in place for next season.CARLSBERG DONT MAKE BANSKO BUT IF THEY DID

I would hope that one of the best skiing areas in europe would have more than 38 km of runs that can be covered in half a day, and not one of the lowest and least snow sure ???!!! Even if 'Bulgarian Dreams' and other developers(read 'crooks and con artists who are ruining a beautiful country for their own gain') do build a few too many thousand apartments and a couple of roads that will never be finished??!!re: Up Date to Bansko Constuctio
Bansko is my no means the least snow sure resort in europe. In fact it's above average on that front. Runs covered in half a day, i think not. Crooks and con artists? No more than anywhere else, it's just a little less subtle.re: Up Date to Bansko Constuctio

Well I have arrived back from Bansko and I have to say the area is looking amazing however I'm not sure the health and safety aspects are being taken into account!
I have viewed 30 hotels in the area and NONE of them have sprinkler systems and fire walls or fire check doors which really concerns me.BD asked me to view the Orchid and i must say this is going to be a nice complex if it gets finished( I do hope so) that's if no body pulls out.
A solicitor of mine has confirmed that the Orchid ...
