Just cooking some scallops for supper with ginger and chilli...

freshly caught today off Brighton, bought from the quayside fishmonger in Littlehampton. Love living by the sea!

Nice, can't beat fresh sea food. i live in whitstable in kent and often pop down the harbour for me tub of mixed shellfish with chilli or garlic vinegar. paul

Just finished the scallops - they were really really good. Flashed with some lemon, ginger, garlic, chilli and fresh corriander. mmmmmmmm mmmmmmmm

I like getting a shellfish fix as well Paul - seafood is top food.

Folks,

I will do another update in the next 24 hours but I can say that temps will drop from Saturday night onwards and VERY cold by Tuesday. Snow to come from Sunday but it is going to remain windy :-(
