STAYIN AT HOTEL PAMPS 29TH FEB FOR 1 WEEK,HAVE READ A FEW REPORTS ON THIS HOTEL AND MOST SEEM TO BE O.K. HAVE YOU ANY COMMENTS, HOW FAR IS IT TO STAGGER FROM THE WHITE HART AND OTHER BARS?

Hotel Pamps is slightly apart from other hotels, nearer slopes, but not sure how far as we got taxi most days from our hotel to slopes (about 10 lev) and didnt take much notice.
Hotels Perelik and Mourgavets are "linked" by "shopping arcade". Bit like a subway between the two. White Hart can be reached from this arcade and also from outside, but like I said, not sure how far from Hotel Pamps as our hotel was opposite side of resort. BJs is in Perelik, and Daks is at Snezhanka.

We did, however, have GREAT night at BBQ bar restaurant at Mourgavets. Huge portions of food, great garlic cheese bread and garlic potatoes, and the night we were there (Friday if memory serves me right), had Bulgarian cabaret, international music, and fire walkers with coals straight from BBQ! quite scary to see it so close, but impressive anyway! Cost appox £9.00 per head with lots of wine. Quite good wine at that. Not sure on Pamps hotel, but our hotel had huge cocktail menu at very cheap prices. Helen might appreciate several "screaming orgasm's" - me and my sister certainly did!!!! LOL (At one stage, however, it got a bit "out of hand" when I insisted that the German group on the next table tried some B52s!!!!! after a few "orgasms" didn't click the link with German and B52s - that's an Essex girl for you!! LOL - then my bro-in-law insisted there was a beer called Spitfire!!!!! - time to retire to bed at this stage! LOL

we stayed at hotel pamp. in dec. it was fine. we are staying murgavets in march but only because it is closer to the white heart.

You will need to take a taxi from the White Hart back to the Pamporovo. It's only about 1/4 mile but the roads and pavements will be very icy late at night and if you are tipsy you are asking for trouble walking home. Plenty of taxis outside and it will only cost you about £2.Great hotel, one of the best in the resort, you will be very happy there.

Walked home from the Whit Hart to the hotel Pamp every night - no probs if decent tread on shoes. Unfortunately my husband didn't and fell over more regularily than on the slopes - mind you he was drinking vodka whilst I stuck to the lager!! It didn't bother him though - he just came up laughing eveytime!!Kathryn
