Kevster, get a taxi ,worth it in entertainment value alone.Take a universal bath plug to the Pamporovo for some reason in Bulgaria they disappear and there never seems to be any spares.
Thanks for the tips Pete.
Just one more question(for now)
Have heard different stories regarding ski and boot hire in Pamps, can you throw any light on the equipment that first timers are likely to be given, am taking three first timers with me on the 29th Feb, and want to make sure they have a great time.
It'll be our first time snowboarding too and as we wont arrive til late on Sunday, we will be in the free for all in the morning school! I think the consensus view is that having your own boots is better but if its a first time skiing / snowboarding, maybe they'd be best to wait and see if they like it first. They can also try different types of boots during the first few days and if they like it could buy some out there (cheaper) after a few days.
Oi you men!! Just logged on to find out about this banter that's going on here!
It may be my first ski trip, but I can assure you i'll find something to occupy my mind other than hairdressing.....I hear the brandy & chocolate is the daytime tipple!!!!!!!! Then there's the sauna n steam room and a visit to the male masseur would be hard to resist too!!!
