M&S is the best place I've found in the UK for any foreign currency not just Levs. They have Bureaux de Change in some of their larger branches so you don't have to order online using an M&S card if you have a branch near by. According to the M&S website (http://www.fxcorporation.co.uk/marksandspencer/msbranchlocator.asp) the only branch in Northern Ireland with a Bureau de Change is in Belfast - don't know if this is convenient to you.
From Experience and now having lived here for a year make sure if you are bringing cash to exchange you follow these simple rules...
1. Always change money in a Bulgarian bank
2. Never change with anyone on the street
3. Be very wary about exchange places that say they do not charge commission. as usually they give you less of a rate.
4. Bring clean bank notes ones without writing or pen marks on them , as in Bulgaria it is very difficult to get these notes exchganged.

5. take the opportunity to get a safe deposit box in the Hotel come on its only a few quid to keep all you cash safe.

Does anyone know if there is a offical bank in Bankso? In Borovets last year we changed our money at the bank in Hotel Samakov, it was a better exchange than in UK.
