so for all the dish the name of the dish is Kavarma, and it is stew meat differnet kinds of meat are possible, with mushrooms, peppers, onions and sometime potatoes. It is one of the bulgarian national dishes. Try the Kavarma in Samokov style, it is really hot and spicy.
