Hi I get annual worldwide insurance for me and my son including 17days winter sport with both our pre-existing med conditions which I am sure bumps up the price for £73 from Atlas. I have used them for the last 3 yrs and had to make a claim on a summer holiday with no hassle the excess is £50 which is quite reasonable. Hope this helps
When I dislocated my shoulder in Pamps 3 weeks ago ( subsequently needef surgery back here in the UK, and I'm still off work for another 5 weeks or so) the Bulgarian Doctor (from the little clinic at Studenetz) said they always have problems in getting their bills paid from three Travel Insurance companies: Insure & Go, BUPA, and the Halifax.
I use the Post Office so the kids go free, and winter sports is included.
I get the Europe annual policy so it covers me on my little solo jaunts too. Don't need worldwide.
We had to make a claim after an accident in Pamps New Years Day 2007 (yes, I know that little clinic at Studenetz well - do they still dry the X-rays by wafting them in front of a single bar electric fire on the table?) - sent off the claim form on a Monday, had the cheque in the bank by Friday lunchtime. ...

Excellent service I thought.
I insured the whole family for a year with insure and gofor about £100. Husband broke collar bone last week...no problems with medical expenses...all sorted with a phone call. Follow this link...
