Which Tour Operator Is Best

If you had to travel on your next skiing holiday with a tour operator which one would you choose?

i've just booked with crystal, i work in a travel agency and i very rarely get any complaints or any tour op changes with them or inghams to be honest

First Choice for me, they were superb this year when we travelled to Alpe d'Huez. Looked after us very well, and checked up on my injured friend on a number of occassions to see if he needed help with anything (although I'm sure most reps would do the same).

No real dramas for them to deal with, and no delays at all to report. Great value compared to the other operators at the time of booking... and no, I don't work for them

crystal and thomson tend to hold most of the flights and are the largest ski oporator, I check them all and go with the cheapest, the big ones are pretty much the same, you will probably find that three or four own them all anyway.

I have been with thomson for the last 4 hols no probs and no complaints really pleased. Crystal and First choice are also owned by the same co as thomson now anyhow. I had contact with reps from all the major companies when I have been over and have to say they all do a fantastic job.

I've never had problems with Balkan, although I know others have.

If it wasn't for them we would have been stuck at Sofia this January in the fog. They pushed us to the front and got us on a plane out, much to the annoyance of others who had been there 2 days, already. Their argument with the officials was that we were tourists and deserved preferential treatment

I've been 4 times with Balkan + never had a problem with them.

i now book on line with inghams this time makes it 5 holidays, the early bird discounts take some beating if you know when and where you want to go . we havent had any problems.

Thanks everyone we went with Thomas Cook this year twice first time to Boro they were brills second time to Andorra and they were a nightmare!!
