Why are half the runs closed in Bansko?

Dear allCan someone please tell me why all of the runs in Bansko are closed at the top of the moutain?
Is it because the batteries on the lifts are broken or is it becuase the people running the resort are just very mean?

Min 10cm - but that's cutting it very fine and would almost certainly mean some bare rocks in places. 20cm would be better - 50cm would be much better.

well i'm coming out on the 29th so I doubt we will get half a metre by then!might nag the tour operator for a resort change to Tamworth lol

Wait and see mate - I have known over a metre of snow fall in Bulgaria overnight before and the forecast is looking good for next week.Just keep everything X'd
