I have my apartment rented out using the management co. and while they get commission for every booking I have to pay 8 euro for cleaning every turnaround , in the past season this has ranged from 2 days to 7 days for the same fee. On one occasion I was able to rent out the apartment for 4 days myself and they charged me 8 euro for cleaning plus a further 12 euro for laundry and consumables . Without doubt you are being ripped off and I would look into it right away. Hope this helps ...

2.3. Change of bed linen every three days.
2.4. Daily change of bath towels
2.5. Timely organization of repairs of faults
and replacement of tiny particles of the
property contents in order to ensure
unperturbed ...

The room rate is 38-low season, 48-mid season, 64-high season/ per night (euro). To be fair, I don't mind paying that as it adds peace of mind that the apt is being looked in on once a day. Plus it'll still leave me with a half decent margin. If I get 2 weeks full rental this year, I'll be happy!
That works out very similar to ours if I add ours up and add in a mid week linen change and add daily towel change.We decided that daily towel change was unnecessary so had it as an optional extra should guests require it.
What about common parts maintenance how much extra is it for the year? ours is 805 euro. What company provides those prices stevie and do you have to pay if the apartment is not being used.
Annual maintenance is 495 Euro. The management have taken the rentals on themselves. I don't pay anything if there is no occupancy. (What would I pay for if there's no-one occupying??)
