booked with holiday hypermarket who booked through first choice which is neilson they will look at changing but will lose money for the flight as its not a thomas cook flight think its a bulgrian airways flight something to do with either scheduled/chartered flight and as they are still sending people to borovets wont absorb any costs themselves

we have booked with crystal skiI was not aware it was possible to change ........
we fly out to Borovets for the first time on 16th jan
love the look of the resort and how cheap it is... but and its a big but ....really would have paid more to have better snow conditions,,,,never mind we will make the most of it and refuse to let it get us down

i am talking again to neilson tomorrow to see what they can do we will pay to change its all about the snow we have a 3 month old coming with us so thats one of the reasons we booked hotel rila so the 6 of us could ski in and out and take it in turns looking after the little 1 but no snow at all in front of the rila they are busing you 5 mins away to go on yastrebets runs no good for us now gutted we normally go to soldeu in andorra which is amazing but 4 euro pint but do 2 happy hours a ...
