Yes Julie indeed that it was you get when you visit a discussion board for Bulgaria 90% of the people like the place. only telling it as how it went for us, 40 screaming kids sat on a coach cos the ski company had blocked our departure, isnt great customer relations. We had booked a tour of sofia before our evening flight home each kid had paid for it themselves, a bit upsetting when we had to miss it, kids all lost their money.re: balkan gangsters run Bansko
I can understand that the ski company wanted money if they thought that the skis had not been returned , if skis are lost the money comes out of there wages. In other words they will be working for nothing as their wages are very poor.
If you know you haven't lost any skis then talk to the rep ( the depot could have called her , if she wasn't on the bus ).
I found it hard to belive that the ski company held the bus up for 2 hours or even did this just as you where leaving. It is normal to ...

Sorry you had a bad experience Donners , but I think it is unfair to brand people gansters and say Bansko is a ganster land. While it is your opion it is affensive and will scare people with out reason . It is a fantasy
