I think poor DaveKL must have gotten out of the wrong side of the bed this year 
My friends and I were on the slopes from the 2nd to the 7th of Feb and if Dave was stuck in a 2hr queue at 8am during this time then we must have stepped over him because we never waited more than 10 minutes for the Gondola and pretty much walked straight onto every chair we wanted.
DaveKL, if you're being paid to diss the resort, you'll have to be a bit more subtle as we had a wonderful time, even though ...

Just confirming Beagleboy's post. We got to the gondola at about 8.10/8.15 every morning and were on a gondola by 8.30 everytime. Not once did we start to queue outside the station. I did on one morning spot that the queue was stretching outside the station as our gondola started ...

So either DaveKL is just simply lying about his wait to diss the place or he simply got his times wrong.
I will say the slopes were the busiest I have seen them in the four years that I have been going to Bansko.
