be very wary of promised rental income as promised by the developers, it simply isnt true, but as they are not bound by false advertising rules like in the uk they can say what they want and there's nothing you can do about it
very good question welshy, but developers may not even think that far ahead, they cant lose because they dont start building untill they have some cash generated from off plan sales, and when sales stop they stop building, resulting in yet one more eyesore in poor ...
