Hi,I would like to find anybody that has purchased a property form a company called Britannia. We have purchased a appartment and we are awaiting for Act 16 for nearly a year.
Is there anyone out there in the same position with a property they have purchased in Bansko with the same company.
Does anyone know what is going on and why it takes so long to issue Act 16.

I`ve bought 2 apartments in St Davids,went out there in Feb and the building looks great.
I too am wondering about the Act 16 nonsense,its been 2 weeks since I emailed Britannia and a lady called Zarka,who works for the company who`ll be renting out the complex.Not heard from either of them.
I paid for the furniture ages ago,and its still not been fitted !!!!!
I`m beginning to lose faith with Britannia and their lack of communication.
Hopefully it`ll change,keeps postive and ...

Hi Jessie,dont want to alarm you but I`ve just tried britannias website www.britop.com and it said account suspended,I`ve never seen this sort of comment on the net before !!!!

Hi Jessie,I spoke to Angela at Britannia (HURRAH!!!)
The website guy was away on holiday for 6 weeks and hadnt paid the bill,its up and running again now.
I asked her about Act 16,she said 3 people hadnt returned the relevant paperwork,they have now,so very soon they`ll have the date for Act 16 to be passed.She also said that it`ll be a truthfull date not just something plucked out of the air.
Wait and see I reckon !!!
Keep smiling,it`ll be worth it in the end...Hopefully...

I was told by neil at Britannia a letter will be coming out in the next couple of days.

Hi JessI rec`d an email from Britannia this morning shock horror !!!!
Hopefully you`ll have had one too,if not perhaps I could email it to you.
I bought 2 studios,what about you?
