re: bansko

Hi Neil,

Yes i did get the e-mail but i did phone that morning to find out what was going on.

I have brought 1 appartment. When did you purchase the appartments is it before they started building.

Have you purchased any other appartments they are building?

So when do you think this Act 16 is going to go through should we take bets on it!!

re: bansko

Hi Jessie
We bought the first one before they started building, then the other one when we went out there to visit.
Hopefully Act 16 by November,I have some friends who want to use the flats.
I have one up for resale, but its not even on their website for resale.!!!
I`ll be very disappointed if Act 16 isnt sorted out by the end of the year.
Wait and see I suppose !!!!
Cheers

Hi all,

We also have friends who are waiting for news on the completion of St Davids. On the back of their buy a couple of years ago we purchased an apartment in an adjacent building- Regency Court. It seems that building has not started (and is not likely to) despite a deadline date of July2010. We are experiencing great difficulty getting any news from Nigel and even less luck getting him to put anything he says in writing!! Is anyone else in this boat? Through company tracking it ...

Through company tracking it seems Britannia is operating at a huge loss and has some CCJs outstanding.... Any news would be greatfully recieved.

re: bansko

I have heard that they have now been taken over so hopfully it should be ok.

I pulled out of Regency Court because the Euro started going down.

St Davids development they are saying it will be signed off by 3rd Jan but we have had a letter recently that said that Regency Court was on hold.

re: bansko

Jessie,

How did you go about pulling out of Regency Court? At what stage were you at with purchasing? It is useful to know that you were able to pull out as this is what we are trying to do at the moment.

Regards

re: bansko

We transfered over from the ice pad to Regency Court but then we did not sign the contract with Regency so that is how we got out of it.

Sorry i know this does not help you. If you hear anything else than just post it on this site.
