The gondola ride is quite long but it goes quickly - they are quite spacious and will hold 6 confortably. It's very tranquil up there
) If you don't like it you can either take the road back from the top, or ski back down - when I was there in Jan this yer we only used it to get up there - then made sure we headed down in time to board all the way back to the bottom. Th run that brings you all the way back down is long but very gentle. You'll love it I'm sure...

Sorry no skiing for me - not a lover of snow (memories of chilblains growing up in UK) - doing this for Greek husband and kids - so they can experience snow and for hubby and eldest daughter skiing as well. BUT I have promised the youngest we will go to the top and make a snowman - she's 6 and happy with that (for this year) That suits me too! LOL OK Ed I take your word for it - I will enjoy - now to start a new thread as I stole Jason's! Sorry - I'll buy you a drink!

Jason - what do you want to know? If you have already set your dates i presume you have booked flights and accomodation? Passes are what they are and equipment and lessons are reasonable everywhere.
You wont be able to spend your money when you there here - it goes so far. Some places are a rip off - but when i say rip off £2.50 a pint as opposed to £1.50 most other places. So still not that much of a rip off.
