Tesco finance are offering over 2 lev to the pound and do next day delivery free for orders over £500, seems the best deal to me in this country....

According to ecxhange-rates.org todays leva rate is 2.09. But i think you'd ba hard pushed to find someone who'll give you this rate.

Tesco's rate today is 2.016
