i love this arguement, i hope it never dies, which it won't cos you all love it too, i just pray for all you unfortionates out there that havn't realised yet how limited and rubbish skiing actually is. once you've hit this pinacle point in your lives you will get on a board instead and you will see your lives transformed and will live happily ever after.

i have to confess that i have out off getting onto the slopes for 15+ years cos i feared getting injured.

cos (apart from on here) nobody ever would tell a good skiing story. it was always the horror stories that were told.

i learned to snowboard last year and love it, having never previously skateboarded, ice skated or anything like that.

the rivalry between boarders and skiers doesnt exsist in real life..only in the minds of tourists..ive worked ski seasons all over europe and for those that live there, this so called rivalry doesnt even figure in conversation..

it is a friendly rivalry that exists between bowlers and batsmen in cricket, between forwards and backs in rugby and between rugby players and footballers ... but there again footallers are a bunch of melodramatic girls
