Looks like the slopes in Bulgaria could be empty next year with so many disgruntled people coming back this year saying that they won't return.
Bulgaria really does have to have a good look at its self, after a great holiday last year I felt slightly disappointed this year with many of the sevices provided.
My hotel was excellent but away from the hotel I found many people rude and disinterested. The services that were provided were poor. My ski instructor spoke very poor English and the ...

Bulgaria really does have to have a good look at its self, after a great holiday last year I felt slightly disappointed this year with many of the sevices provided.
My hotel was excellent but away from the hotel I found many people rude and disinterested. The services that were provided were poor. My ski instructor spoke very poor English and the instruction consisted of follow me, the ski equipment shouldn't see another year.
Its a pity because I do think that if the ski resorts can get themselves sorted out Bulgaria does have something to offer, but at the moment it is just not providing the service that people expect.
Its annoying to her people coming home from their holidays feeling disappointed, as certainly for myself my holidays are the highlights of my year.

Yeah, thanks for the advice it was really helpful.You're right, they never look happy until the end of the week .........when they want their tip box filled...how odd!!

I'm sorry if anything I've said is making you think twice about going. Forewarned is forearmed and its not all as bad as it may seem. Just take plenty of food up the mountain with you and the cafes up there will hopefully catch on that we aren't happy to pay £2 for a small bottle of water when they only pay a couple of pence for it. Echo Mojo....common sense prevails - be a little prepared then anything is more acceptable (if that makes sense!).
Lots of bad reports on here this season which is disheartening - certainly for folk who have not been before. A holiday is a holiday - lots of money saved to go and expectations high (all over the world) - my advice - make it what you will - have a good laugh, good fun, understand you are in different country, ignore rudeness - just smile!!
