HI dave thanks for that, I am sure they took the original foot beds out, but I will check, I am going in on Saturday to see what they can do, with all the info I have got back from here, I am well armed....
it took them an hour and half to fit my boots, they were very good at the time, and really did go all out to get the best fit, reckon its just my stupid feet that are the problem, but at least I have loads of advice now and can hopefully stop the pain a little, the worst is coming back ...

I dont have my own skis yet or bindings, maybe next year I will look into that Pamp Pete, thanks for that advice though....
