Oh!!!! forgot to say EAST USA THE COLDEST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO (WITH WIND CHILL -40). But if you want snow that time of year ???????????

Livigno

Hi
Would definetly recommend Livigno, have been there for the last 3 years and as it is a high altitude resort you are virtually guaranteed snow. Snoweye.com webcams showed first significant snowfalls mid Nov in Livigno and within days complete whiteout. Would thoroughly recommend, am going back to Pamps this year for a change.
