I wonder if anyone has paid the extra £10 per person to sit together on the airplane. We will travel as a family from Bristol with Balkan air, and was not willing to pay extra. (let someone else sit next to my kids, I am on holiday after all).
Its only another way to get money out of you.
surely very few people are gullible enough to pay this.
I was just interested as to what happens at checkin, or if you are last to board the plane to find seats, or is they no difference at all.

Hi JackieWe didnt pay to sit together.And then it is a mad scramble to get on first.But usually if you have kids they let you go on first.So sorry you will more than likely all have to sit together.Pat

Hi Jackie,on most flights if you get to the check in early enough you can choose your seats. Paying the £10 would guarantee your seat even if you were the last to board

I've always thought letting parents with kids on first is unfair. Why should i be victimised for using birth control and paying full price for my seat unlike the kids?re: have you paid extra to sit together on airplane
DamoI never did understand why they make people with children get on first, it just means you have longer to try and keep them still in their seats. so I always boarded with everybody else.
And Damo I will have you know I do use birth control, very effectively, as I have 2 children, but have had sex many more times. Thank You.

Best flight I ever had was when all 5 of us were split through out the plane. It was the first flight in 8 years that I didn't have an infant on my knee. Even my 2 yr old was sat with strangers. I actually slept and read a book!re: have you paid extra to sit together on airplane

Now paying £10 so they DON'T sit next to you is a great idea .. infact £20 would be a bargain!!
