Hi Lucy. Ive got to agree with Snow Plough et al. Ive worn one now for the last 3 years as do many. Keep your eyes open for ski equiptment in Aldi and Lidl you will pick up something quite cheap that will do the job (£30 or so). Not a lot when it could save you a big headache or even your life!
Huh, don't go all rightious on us Steve. Granny state and all that. We've all seen you on those bikes of yours your a bl--dy nutter and I'm sure Jesse has a helmet as well. Keep safe mate see you in 12 weeks & 6 days ish.
No problem mate.. me rightious ???? hahahaha... my helmet didn't stop me breaking my ribs twice and damaging nerves in my knee, but it did keep the sun off my head
Joking apart, im an advocate for helmets, just don't need some faceless burocrat telling me... See you in a bit, o, it snowed last night by the way and Jess does have a helmet, a nice pink one, just like mine
Had a right fall a few years ago with no helmet. Learned lesson then and have worn one ever since. Also saw SP take a mighty tumble in Canada and even with a helmet he was seeing stars for ages.

The day will probably come where insurance companies don't pay out for injuries which may have been prevent by wearing a helmet. Don't think I'd feel dressed without one now. I have a lovely pink sinner with ...

I have a lovely pink sinner with matching goggles which cost me about £30 (the bloody goggles cost more than the helmet!)
See you on the mountain in 78 days and 14 hours, not that I'm counting

Essential Travel, an insurer, have now made it mandatory to be wearing a helmet for skiing and boarding as part of their insurance policy. It would appear that its started to happen as predicted, wonder how many other insurers will follow suit.
