Hi,

I was in Bansko around the same time last year. Borovets and Pamps had next to no snow but Bansko was still going strong (although it was hot)
If you are going that late in March, it's wise to book last minute, That way you can be sure of the snow and you should get a good deal. Last year a group of 5 of us paid about £280 including lift passes and ski carrage.
