hi if anyone wants to know prices then sprite coke 2levs big bottles of bulgarian beer which is nice 3.50 levs omletts which are fantastic 7 levs pizzas 9 - 12 levs the only thing that was expensive and a rip of is the taxies they will rip you of when ever and how ever they can the man in the village with the horse and cart is a rip of he will tell you one price and if you havent got the right money he will keep the change anything eles you wanna know just askre: just got back from pamporovo
Hi Allison - nice to hear some good news about prices. We're heading out next Sat and was getting a bit worried after reading some of the posts. Don't mind paying a fair price for stuff, but object to being ripped off.What was the snow like - and don't anyone post 'cold' or 'white'.
Also, I read somewhere that a new run had opened near the back blue - did you try it? What kind of lift does it have?

snow was slushy when we arrived last saturday but monday came and it snowed all day and all night so ended up with fantastic snow im 5ft 2in and it came up to my hip so at least 3and a half 4 feet didnt try new run there were quite a few nasty accidents ending in broken bones beautiful resort but not much to do in the evening due to the taxies being a rip off so didnt trust them so didnt venture out at night all i can say to everyone is be very very careful there was 2 mugging when we were ...

just got back from pamps too.
show is great on the blue runs but the green was so busy it was slushy and thin, despite being thick still off piste. but the glorious sun is starting to have its effect on the snow.
watch out for your bills. i did see people being given the wrong bills and the staff looking guilty. when questioned they gave the right bill.
never heard of the muggings. but our flight back was delayed by a few hours last night. a young lad was given a mdeical check and ...

just got back from pamps too, young irish girl got her nose broke and her boyfriend beaten from taxi drivers outside hotel pamporovo. be careful when you are getting your change back from places because they try and keep it or else not give you enough back. hotel pamporovo staff very rude would not stay there again. green runs in the resort too packed for beginners.re: just got back from pamporovo
the young irish girl and her boyfriend was staying in our hotel evridika the staff there was rude and aggaragant like i said a very pretty place but going of advise from other holliday makers who met at the airport would try bansko or boverets next time would not go back to pamps and would not recommend itre: just got back from pamporovo
Just got back from pamps and had a fab time stayed in the orlovettes which was fab and great location. maybe I was in a different place but I would def recommend Pamps.You get trouble at home where people get beaten up so I guess being on hols in no different, so wouldn't be too put off as everywhere we went was ok and saw no trouble.

Hi am off to pamps for the 4th time on the 16th and have never heard of any hassle. I feel quite happy going out with my son alone and giving him free rein. Am also staying at the Orlovetz which is fab. Sounds like you were unlucky with some surly staff .....don't let it put you off. Pamps is fab.Dona

Hey Dona, make sure you take ear plugs with you as the walls were a bit thin!!! Apart from that the hotel is fab, great location and always a seat on the bus to the slopes!Only other thing I would say is eat early as the food did get picked over the later you go in.
Have a fab time, i hope the conditions are as good for you as they were for us!
