alot of us have worked hard so we can go on holiday and go sking/boarding. for some (like myself) it is a first trip too, so naturally when you hear about rising temps and snow melting you panic. stop being an obnozious fool, get your head out your arse and be reasonable. no one is asking anything stupid.
Kraig a little bit of common sense on behalf of some people would go a long way. It is not like the UK where we have 1cm of snow and the sun comes out and melts it. All resorts have over a metre of the stuff and the tempatures you are all worrying about are at RESORT level. RELAX
i know what youre saying but as i said, alot of us are ski holiday virgins. i was overly aggressive in my last post and i apologies but i can sympathise with alot of people and how they are feeling. for those who are heading out in a few days its not so bad but i have over 2 weeks still and with the temperatures seeming to be constantly rising it does worry me. Tim, im sorry for calling you a tool but a bit of sympathy would be appreciated, rather than saying to 'get a life'. hardly helpful.
pistes were cracking today. Ok, there will be a bit of pressure on them with the high temperatures this weekend, but normal service should be resumed next week. We hope for another dump before the end of the season, but if not, the tops of the mountains will probably render good service (said that to a girl once, she wasn't impressed) until the end of the season. This is all pretty normal.

Snow might be great at the top but that just means longer queues at the gondola, also for ...
