Hi I'm flying out on 3rd Feb with Balkan too. Tickets arrived this morning & no mention of extra payment. Fingers crossed we may not have to pay. Wouldn't mind so much if Browny was putting the cash towards environmental projects instead of just fleecing us yet again!!!
