We will be arriving in Bansko shortly to view a property. Is there a lawyers office in Bansko or can anyone who has purchased property in Bansko provide the name and number of a reputable lawyer.Thanks

Thanks, but we are already in touch with a lawyer in Varna. I was hoping there may be someone in Bansko as when we are in Bansko it is going to be difficult to me with our lawyer from Varna due to local holidays etc.

as long as your not expecting the rental to pay a morgage you should be ok,so many properties out there would'nt want to need the money that way. also UK government are going to tax on rental incomes, I read that you had a few months to tell them if they catch you they will calculate what they think you have made and tax on that. They are going to employ people to look for adverts advertising properies and make sure they pay,re: property
