I can't remember the name of the shop Gazzebo but if you walk towards the gondola from The Tanne / Lion/ Perun direction when you get to the T junction turn right and it's the first ski hire shop on the right.

Hope this helps

re: Skis; Rent; Buy

Cheers Dave, I think I know the shop.

It may look like I`m buying skis now as Ive just found out that my mate who booked the holiday has already booked ski carriage in with it, so I`m thinking what the hell and just to buy em.

Will they be cheaper over in Bansko, or will the deals here at this time of year be just as good.

Cheers

Gazzebo

depends when your going, end of season you may get some bargins, but we still found the skis expensive. Take it you have boots? they where cheaper, one problem with waiting is you will need to buy them before you can get on the slopes, unless you hire for a few days, with what you have said the idea is to get to the slopes and ski not hang around buying on your first day!!!!!!!!!!
