Sorry - she is still moaning !! can anyone say if there are baths in the hotels or is it just showers ???

Depends on Hotel. Rila has full size baths in all bathrooms and hair dryers.

Could use the swimming pools/jacuzzis in Rila, Samokov, Flora and Iglika.

This is for Borovets.

If she doesn't want to go, just advertise for a replacement - you'll get plenty of replies Very Happy
