re: the big question. will u return to bulgaria skii resorts in 2010??
Thats nearly a 40% refusal rate. Any company with a 40% consumer dissatisfaction rate would not survive in business too long.
You also have to factor into the unscientfic study the fact of this being a bulgarian ski website forum, whereby you would have a significantly larger number of people that have a liking/ love for Bulgaria. Its a bit like asking Liverpool fans will they return to anfield even though the club has increased the price of season tickets ( and the dissatisfaction ...

The response will always be significantly in favour of a yes vote. A significant number of those disenfranchised with the Bulgarian experience may never return to this forum, coincidentally IMO this has been the case over the last 3 years in particular with a noted absense of many of the better posters

You're suggesting that ski holidays are automatically a repeat purchase. IMO a very unscientific and biased approach . I'd expect a good number of visitors not to return to any resort as standard.
I've been to many, many resorts with no intention to return, doesn't mean I'm dissatisfied just means I want to try somewhere else.
I loved Corfu but will try Ola Deniz this summer and probably won't return to Corfu. Does that mean that I and the others who probably won't return are automatically disenfranchised?
Don't get me wrong, I think BG has a lot to sort out to re establish its position in the marketplace and there is some risk to the resorts if they don't but sweeping statements like 40% dissatisfaction just doesn't stack up for me.
