how are you all doing for bookings for the season.. ours are going through the roof with already 1 and 2 bed bookings fully booked for 5 weeks of the season.. good times are returning, just need bloody snow this year!!!!!re: to hotel and apartment owners
Hi PaulskiWhich resort are your places in. We have a couple of apartments but we have never tried to rent them out as yet.
Any tips would be great

loads butnumber 1 find someone who gives you all your rental and not keep it on the sly!!!!!! that counts out about 50-75% of management places i reckon

It was a slow start but seems to have picked up now. I think the problems with Thomas Cook and Neilson may have helped the independant traveller market.

I have a 2 bed apartment in Bansko and would also appreciate some tips on renting. Had it for 5 years but only use it once/twice a year. Got a feeling the management company have used it on the sly !
