or get a taxi - to be honest having kids I think you will remain in the Pamps most evenings without venturing out, but if you do its dark and taxi's are only about £3 each way - but always agree the taxi fair prior to getting in

Agreed, it's not the polar ice caps, but we did walk about a fair bit when we stayed at the Pamps hotel, mostly due to stupidity and an inquisitive nature. You'll be fine whatever Smile

Didn't try the Turkish baths, but the massage was outstanding & the staff fantastic.

Hey, when people say boots, what kind of boots are we talking about? Have only been skiing once and i had a pair of good Timberland boots to get me about at night time. Brilliant grip, wam, waterproof and comfortable.

thats the boots we are talking about Steve, just some to walk around the snow in without fallig over.... ifyou are lucky
