Ryki aka The Badger, By coincidence my trip to Borovets was via Inghams aswell but I didn't book a ski pack. I think all the UK TOs use Borosport because they're the biggest and official ski school. The only advice I can give is hand back unsatisfactory gear until they give you something you're happy with.
