re: which hotel to go for?

book the ski packs with the tour operator definatley.
kindergarten has been good and bad for the kids we have put in it, it depends on if they meet a friend or not as to whether they like it - most do....
kindergarten ski lessons are not soo good, so you may want to book a private lesson for the child when you get there

Kids in our group got on well in ski school but I'd say it depends on child. There were lots of activities in evening booked by Balkan Tours, the operator we went with - these all cost extra but not lots. Ones in our group really enjoyed bowling and bum-boarding. Also the two hour snow boarding taster. Buses provided for these. Don't worry about being out of town in either Finlandia or Belmont - there really isn't masses tosee in town and you can have a quick visit in some day after ...

Hope you get it all booked up. Feel free toask any more questions.

Anyone had any experience of Panorama Hotel - don't see it mentioned - should I be worried?
