I saw you'd had no replies so I thought I'd at least write something.
The only thing I know is that they are a Bus ride away from the slopes and the village centre.
Many years ago my girlfriend & I stopped in the Malina Village in Pamps and had a fantastic time. The chalets had every thing we needed and the bar / restaurant catered for all of our needs.
All I hope is that you enjoy your time there as much as we enjoyed ours.
I have stayed here with my family.
Warm rooms with under floor heating, great to just throw all your wet gear on the floor and all dry the next day. It is a bus ride to the centre which is a draw back but they did have a free bus service. If no bus, or bus is full there are always taxi's waiting. Lots of dogs barking as well, as I remember.
Enjoy, it's a great place for a family to stay.

We stayed there quite a few years ago now the first time we went to Borovets.
Chalets were quaint and the position was lovely in the new snow. As already said a 5 minute bus journey to the gondola and main village each morning. Some folks did walk into Borovets in the evenings but too far in my opinion with sore legs and 2 young children! They are opposite the Malina Village and the bus serves both set ups - leaveing from The Yagoda Village.

We tended to stay in Borovets after skiing as the kids needed their tea fairly early in those days so we always got a taxi back - wouldn't like to say what that costs these days as a bit out of touch!!
Don't go expecting to self cater - there was a burner and a pot to boil water and a fridge. Ohterwise very basic - kids ate cereals out of tea mugs! The reception changed money and had safety deposit boxes. There was also a restaurant. We ordered off the menu (we were S/C) and the meal was excellent - hot and good portions - the buffet looked less appetising.
The chalets were very warm - almost too hot and comfortable in a basic kind of way - most suitable for a family with children rather than 4 adults. There was certainly nothing about them to spoil our holiday!!
My husband and I stayed there a couple of years ago and had a great stay. The people are warm and welcoming and the accommodation is fine for the money. It is not exactly the Ritz but they are really warm and cozy. We had a meal in the restaurant on our anniversary and it was lovely. My husband splashed out on the most expensive bottle of champagne (£4.00!!!). Getting to and fro to the resort is easy and cheap. The only slightly worrying aspect of the visit was that something lived under the chalet and scratched around at night and made perculiar noises. Just keep the door shut at night and you'll be fine!! Would definitely stay there again.
Probably one of the dogs - they all had puppies when we were there which the kids loved! They slept under the chalets!
Forgot to say that the ladies came in each day to take away rubbish etc (your loo paper goes in a little bin!) If you didn't want them to come in you left the sign in the window. Very impressed.
