It's very much like Pernod Hilly and has the same aniseed type taste - but much stronger. Clear in colour but turns cloudy when ice is added (which is a must!)

There are some reports (in the local BG media) of hotel restaurants passing the previous day's food up the mountains to the bars around the slopes if not eaten the night before.
Me personally I love my body too much to start betting and using it like a test MOT station so I stick to sealed drinks on the slopes which I open myself and can't think of something else really.
Maybe and restaurants I know or they know me so that way food protection seams to work for me.
